		<description>Ok, your off the hook with the pasta... no more push downs, flies still seem VERY wierd to me. 

On another topic, I have knocked off the first consistent month of training in a looong time. Just got back from a week in Hong kong which was an enforced break, so hopefully I can follow it up with another solid month starting tonight</description>
