Fairly under whelmed at not making it up to BW, but just saw that 5 at 70kg is equal to my old 5RM PR. Finding it hard [...]

The step up to reverse lunge is harder than it looks. Not just because it’s a tricky stability move, but I kept forgetting (over-thinking) which foot was supposed to be lunging [...]

Notes
8.8 seconds faster and 4kg lighter than last time, with only 10 breaths rest between the 15 and the 9.
