Ten rounds for time of:
1 weighted pull-up @ ~4kg :) (Rx: 3 @ 20kg)
2 strict pull-ups (Rx: 5)
4 kipping pull-ups (Rx: 7)
Notes
Hit failure at the end of each set in Round 5. All things considered, that’s probably better than last time, given that I was on a freely rotating pullup bar this morning.
