100 inverted burpees

Notes:
Not actually as hard as I thought it’d be. Handstands got better with reps instead of worse.
Food
- Apple, strawberries, WPI, almonds [4/4/8]
- Coffee
- Sardines [2/0/0]
- Salmon + mustard, big bowl of veggies w olive oil, pepper and cheese + almonds [4/4/4] (PWO)
- Sardines, almonds, apple [2/2/4]
- Chai tea
