Not actually as hard as I thought it’d be. Handstands got better with reps instead of worse.

  • Salmon + mustard, big bowl of veggies w olive oil, pepper and cheese + almonds [4/4/4] (PWO)

wow, nice work! i was too afraid to try this one, i haven’t done any handstands in a long time. should probably work on that
