Day three of this measuring and weighing madness. Here’s the big lesson: big chicken salads are filling. Three apples are not. It’s as impossible to eat 40 cups of spinach as it is to be sated on a TimTam. Glycaemic load ranking of quantities… I’m getting the idea.
